Awabakal Environmental Education Centre conducts programs on school days. For further information, enquires and excursion bookings contact our school.

Making a booking for an excursion.

1. View our Learing Programs page to browse our educational programs and choose an excursion program for your Stage.
2. Let us know if you have any preferred dates or days of the week in mind.
3. Know how many students you are bringing and let us know if there are any special requirements.
4. Email awabakal-e.school@det.nsw.edu.au or phone 4955 8673  between 8.00am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday to discuss the appropriate educational program and available dates.
5. A booking confirmation package will be emailed to you as soon as a date is locked in. This will include the booking confirmation form, the Risk Assessement and Management Plan, student workbooklet if included, excursion planning information form and our excursion resource google site if included.

Preparing for a visit

• Please check your booking confirmation form details, sign and return the form at your earliest convenience.
• Student numbers need to be confirmed two working days before your excursion in case we need to adjust staffing on our end.
